skyrunning of the season now ended and is I'm afraid to draw conclusions. I think it was a positive season, I take with me many happy memories .... The beginning of the season took place at the turn of a race where Casere in the midst of snow skiing and enhance my skills get a good result as perhaps the best placement of the season, 21th of about 140 competitors. The season continues and due to various commitments I can only run after a month. The race is a single trial of the Italian Championship in pairs, and among the big names we also have our pair formed by Colombino and Stefano Butti. On that day I have the honor to race with my Captain John Arrow, and the stimuli are so many. The race starts and the feelings are good, uphill try to "stimulate" the little fellow standing in front and let him go down, because the captain has a super step. With great joy we are under the banner of the finish line with a time that the captain has seen his super preparation for Ultratrail. The great satisfaction for a fantastic competition increases when we know that our big are the lowest rung of the podium. Then after a forced break for bachelor parties and weddings to go to Pomatt to race a bit 'long for the next adventure. Unfortunately, I begin to have some food issues that I will create some problems in the rest of the season. The race is changed due to a snowstorm in the days before (even though we are in July), and here to see a small crisis of hunger fade can be in the top 15 listed. With good feelings are the following week at the start of Giir Mont. As usual the race Premana is full of charm and all the good feelings I have told in recent months in a post. In the end though a little difficulty 'head take home a good result. After this race, my goal is to prepare well for Scaccia and so this race I participate in some of the classic land Lecco: KM of Grignone, Ballabio Bongio Trip to Vidin and the Trophy Grignetta km vertically. The week before Scaccabarozzi Trophy are in Val Gerola Skyrace of Rosetta to run the race here in pairs. The companion of the day Andrea "Gandalf", with this race I can find a fast enough pace race I will be useful for the following week. And so last race of the season is the Tour of Grigne. The various problems that I have conditioned the season but they have the desire to make a good result is stronger and so I can pull off a strong performance that gives me motivation for next season. Again, these emotions were so many excellent and the final position and all I already tried to tell it in a previous post. The season is over and the best thing was the friendships that I have with so many new friends and increased with the old ones. A thank you goes to those who supported me both before and after the races! thus in the budget year 2009, more than positive!!
What will I do in 2010 I have not decided yet, some "project" is already in the pipeline we will see what pops up ....
